Ingredients Required to make Mint Juice?

·         Mint Leaves                    1 cup
·         Water                               4 cups
·         Sugar                               ½ cup
·         Cumin (zeera)                  1 tsp, powder
·         Lemon juice                     4 tsp
·         Black Salt                         1 tsp powder

Method to prepare Pudine ka Sharbat?

·         Wash Mint leaves thoroughly
·         Take a vessel, add mint leaves, 4 cup water, black salt and cumin powder, and boil them
·         When the color of water changes to green, put off the flame and remove the mint leaves from it
·         Refrigerate this for two hours
·         Now, add lemon juice and ice cubes to the refrigerated juice
·         Your tasty and refreshing mint juice is ready to serve

Tips

·         Decorate juice with fresh mint leaves before serving
·         Sweetness can adjusted as per your requirement
·         You can even use jaggery or honey instead of sugar
