Easy Pista Kulfi Recipe – Summer, summer, summer!! Season of Holidays, Hangouts, cool juices, icy Ice-creams, Pista Kulfi, Juicy Mangoes, Watery Watermelons, and many more. In short one of the most awaited season and infact most favorite season of Kids and youngsters. And the most beloved part of this season is eating Yummy Ice-creams and Pista Kulfis. I’m pretty sure, people like me, who just like to go with homemade, hygienic food, are just looking out for recipes for preparing Ice-creams and Kulfi. So, thanks to my Friend Today I came up with the best easy to prepare yet yummy and tasty Pista Kulfi recipe. This recipes requires few and easily available ingredients. You need to have Milk, Condensed Milk, Pistachios and Almonds to make this Cool dessert. So, Freeze the hot and pricking Sun rays with cool, delicious and easy to prepare Pista Kulfi.

Ingredients Required to Prepare Pista Kulfi:
Milk ½ ltr
Condensed Milk ½ cup (Milkmaid)
Cardamom 1 tsp powder
Pistachios ½ cup, chopped
Almonds 10 – 12, Chopped
Milk Powder ½ cup
Saffron 4 – 5 strands
Method to Prepare Pista Kulfi:
Take a clean bowl, pour ½ liter milk and boil
Simmer the flame and add cardamom to it
Let it cook for few minutes
Now add Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) along with Milk Powder and sugar. Stir continuously
Let this mixture cooks for few minutes
Now add Saffron threads and put off the flame
Add chopped pistachios and Almonds to it
Let the mixture get cooled down
Pour Kulfi mixture into Kulfi molds or cups and store in freezer for min 6hours
Storing overnight is a best idea
Note: You can also add half can of Milkmiad and reduce quantity of sugar, if adding ½ cup of Milkmaid and ½ cup of Sugar.
