·         Cinnamon                                           1 inch stick
·         Bay leaves                                           2
·         Cloves                                                   4
·         Cumin seeds                                      1 tsp
·         Cardamom                                          2
·         Onions                                                  2,Chopped
·         Tomatoes                                            2, Chopped
·         Green chilies to taste
·         Turmeric powder                             1 tsp
·         Coriander powder                           1 tsp
·         Garam masala                                   1 tsp
·         Salt to taste
·         Ginger garlic paste                           2 tsps
·         Curd                                                      ½ cup mixed with ½ cup water

How to cook Chicken Biryani in Sanjeev Kapoor’s making style?

·         Wash and clean chicken and keep aside
·         Boil rice and keep aside too
·         Rice ought to be simple fraction done
·         Take a pan, heat oil, add cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, cumin seeds, cardamoms and fry
·         Now add onions, chilies and sauté
·         Now add the chicken, tomatoes, salt, dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, curd and mix well
