Sol Kadhi Sarbat Recipe – Tasty Coconut Juice
Here comes the Freshening juice recipe for summer ‘Sol kadhi Sharbatt’. It is the most
popular traditional Kokum in coconut milk from western coastal region of India.
This Kokum drink is easy to prepare, simple, Healthy, soothing and very common
in Maharashtra. This Sarbat is prepared with coconut milk, spiced with green
chilies, sweet and tanginess from Kokum and flavored with fresh cilantro. It
looks very appealing in awesome pink color and is very good for digestion.
Kokum has various beneficial properties for health like it is used for treating
skin rashes, ingestions and has cooling assets. Follow the below given steps to

Ingredients Required to make Sol Kadhi Sarbat?

Fresh Coconut 1,slightly
Tender
·
Kokum 2
pieces
·
Garlic 10
gm, finely chopped
·
Green chili 1,
finely chopped
·
Sugar 1
tsp
·
Ginger 5
gm, finely chopped
Method to prepare Coconut Juice?
·
Soak the Kokum for 10 minutes in warm water
·
Grate the coconut and blend it with a little
water
·
Strain the coconut milk, add ice cube and set
aside
·
Add the Kokum Juice, finely chopped garlic,
ginger, chili and sugar to the coconut milk and mix
·
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled
