How to make tasty Dry Pepper Chicken | Pepper Chicken Recipe

Finally, today here is the recipe for Dry Pepper Chicken – another variety of beloved chicken. I have been getting request from Boil ‘N’ Fry fans for various chicken recipes and Dry Pepper Chicken recipe is one among them. To make Dry Pepper Chicken all you need to have is boneless chicken, sliced mushrooms, a few sauces and ofcourse the major one Black Pepper powder. Like most of the chicken recipes, this chicken variation is also easy to prepare and can be served with plain rice, chapattis, naan etc. Well it’s time to get started with the ingredients required and how to prepare this delicious Dry Pepper Chicken Recipe.

Ingredients required to make Pepper Chicken

·         Chicken Breast                  2, boneless
·         Garlic paste                        ½ tsp
·         Black pepper powder to taste
·         HP brown Sauce               1tbsp
·         Worcestershire sauce    1tbsp
·         Onion                                    1tbsp, chopped
·         Mustard paste                  ¼ tsp
·         Oil                                           2 tbsp
·         Maida (all purpose flour)              1 tbsp
·         Water                                   ½ cup
·         Fresh cream                       2 tbsp
·         Mushrooms                       2 tbsp, sliced
·         Salt to taste

Method to Prepare Pepper Chicken

·         Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly
·      Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic paste, and mustard paste to the chicken. Mix them well and keep it aside for 30 mins
·         Pour oil in the frying pan, heat it. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn into light brown
·         Now add marinated chicken to it and fry till it turns into golden brown
·       Take a bowl and add maida, water, Worcestershire sauce, HP brown sauce and fresh cream. Mix them well
·         Pour this mixture into the frying chicken
·         Keep stirring till the gravy becomes thick
·         Now add sliced mushrooms and mix
·         Your tasty Dry Pepper Chicken is ready to serve and eat
·         While serving, sprinkle fresh black pepper powder and serve
