Ingredients required to make sabz kabab?

·         Minced Mutton                       ½ kg
·         Gram flour/ Besan                  4-5 tbsps
·         Ginger-Garlic paste                1 tsp
·         Green coriander                     few leaves, chopped
·         Mint                                        few leaves, chopped
·         Green chilies                           6, chopped
·         Onion                                      2, finely chopped
·         Oil                                           for deep frying
·         Curd                                        2 tbsp
·         Green onion                            2, finely chopped
·         Salt to taste

How to prepare tasty spicy sabz kabab?

·         Clean and wash minced mutton
·         Strain the water and place it in one bowl
·         Take a bowl and mix besan, curd, salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well
·         Now add chopped onions, chopped mint & coriander leaves and chopped green onion
·         Now add minced mutton to the mixture. Mix well and keep aside for few hours
·         Make small round balls (kabab) of the above dough
·         Take a frying pan, pour 4 tbsp oil and heat
·         Now add the round kababs and fry till they turn into golden brown
·         Your tasty and spicy sabz kabab are ready
·         Serve them with chopped onions and mint chutney
