Ingredients required to make Coconut fry mutton?

·         Mutton                                                ½ kg
·         Fresh coconut                   1 cup, grinded
·         Bay leaves                           10
·         Onion                                    2, medium size, finely sliced
·         Salt to taste
·         Red chilli powder             1 tbsp
·         Green chilli                         6 – 7
·         Black pepper                      1tsp, whole
·         Ginger – Garlic paste      2 tsp
·         Oil                                           1 ½ cup
·         Turmeric                              ½ tsp

What is the method to prepare Coconut Fry Mutton?

·         Clean and wash mutton well and keep it in bowl
·         Add salt and turmeric and mix well with mutton
·         Add little water and cook to tender
·         Take another pan, add oil and heat it
·         Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown
·         Now add ginger – garlic paste, bay leaves, green chili and black pepper. Mix and fry them well
·         Now add coconut in this spices mixture and cook for a while. Add some water when it starts leaving oil
·         Now add this mixture to cooked mutton and simmer for 10 minutes
·         Your tasty coconut fry mutton is ready to served
