Oh, I searched a lot to find some best and easy to prepare Italian Food and which is even Halal. Finally, I got this one, Lemon Pepper Shrimp (Prawns) Scampi.

Ingredients Required to make Lemon Pepper Shrimp Scampi?

·         Orzo  (Barley)                    1 cup, uncooked
·         Fresh Parsley                     2 tbsp chopped
·         Salt                                    ½ tsp
·         Unsalted Butter                  7 tsp
·         Jumbo Shrimp                    1 ½ pounds peeled and deveined
·         Fresh Garlic                       2 tsp, minced
·         Fresh lemon juice               2 tbsp
·         Black Pepper                     ¼ tsp, freshly ground

Method to prepare Lemon Pepper Shrimp Scampi – Italian Food?

·         Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
·         Drain and place Orzo in a medium bowl. Stir in parsley and ¼ tsp salt; cover and keep warm
·         While orzo cooks, melt 1 tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
·         Sprinkle shrimp with remaining ¼ tsp salt
·         Add half of shrimp to pan; sauté 2 minutes or until almost done
·         Transfer shrimp to a plate. Melt 1 tsp butter in pan. Add remaining shrimp to pan; sauté 2 minutes or until almost done. Transfer to plate.
·         Melt remaining 1 tbsp butter in pan. Add garlic to pan; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in shrimp, juice, and pepper; cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done.
