Mutton mince mixed with onions and spices to form this delicious seekh kababs. Rajasthani Mutton Seekh Kebab Recipe is made from ground spiced goat meat which is minced and molded onto the skewers and cooked over tandoor (Traditionally). Today we are going to prepare these Rajasthani Mutton Seekh kababs over an Oven (Gas or Electric).

Ingredients Required to make Rajasthani Shik Kabab?

·         Mutton                 1kg, Minced
·         Ghee                     125gm
·         Cloves                   4, powder
·         pepper                 20 gm, powder
·         Onion                    125 gm, finely sliced
·         Ginger                  50 gm, chopped
·         Dry Coriander    10gm,powder
·         Salt                         10g
·         Red chili               20g
·         Almonds few, grinded
·         Curd as required
·         Maida (flour)as required

Method to prepare Rajasthani Shik Kabab?

·         Wash and clean the minced mutton well. Strain and squeeze out  water
·         Mix this mutton with mashed onion and ginger
·         Now add cloves, pepper, coriander, salt, red chilli, almonds, curd and maida to the mutton    mixture and knead well
·         Keep this dough aside for some time
·         Till the time heat the oven along with skewers
·         Now divide the mutton dough in to 2 equal parts
·         Takeout hot skewers and pat the mutton onto them one by one and shape it in to kabab
·         Place these skewers in the oven till almost cooked. Keep rotating the skewers
·         When it is almost cooked, remove kabab from skewers
·         Shallow fry these kababs on non sticky pan with 1tbsp oil or ghee
·         Before serving, sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice
·         Serve with onion and lemon salad
