Ingredients required to make Coconut Ragi Cookies?

Ragi flour 250gm
·
Multigrain flour 170gm
·
Brown sugar 150 gm, powdered
·
Low fat butter 20gm
·
Baking powder 5gm
·
Fresh coconut water 50 ml
·
Fresh tender coconut flesh 50 gms

Whey protein powder 15 gm
·
Egg whites 3

Method to prepare Coconut Ragi Cookies?

Heat the oven to 180°C
·
In a kneading bowl, add butter, brown sugar
powder and the rest of the ingredients

Mix well till it becomes a soft dough
