How to make Tangy  And Spicy Raw Mango Chutney | Kache Aam ki Chutney

Summer is back, a season for holidays, hangouts and family gatherings, and best of all, season for Mangoes. I know everyone loves mangoes, from kids to elders. Varieties of dishes with Mango flavor will be prepared, Mango Pickle, Mango juice, Mango ice creams etc.  Moreover, the tangy flavor of Raw Mango (Kacha Aam) lets you prepare awesome food items and is even loved by kids. So today, I’m going to show you how to prepare a tangy and spicy Mango Chutney. This tangy spicy chutney goes well with any rice or subzi or dal!

Ingredients Rerquired Prepare Kacha Aam Chutney?

·         Raw Mango        3
·         Garlic                     handful cloves
·         Cumin seeds      1 tsp
·         Oil                           2 tbsp
·         Red Chili               3 -4
·         Red chilli              1 tbsp, powder
·         Salt to taste
·         Brown mustard seeds    ½ tsp

Method to prepare Tangy Mango Chutney?

·         Wash and peel off the skin of Raw mangoes and grate them
·          You can even grind the grated mango into smooth paste (optional)
·         Grind the garlic cloves
·         Now heat oil and add cumin seeds, red chilli, 3 -4 garlic cloves and brown mustard seeds
·         Let this mixture get cool
·         Now take grated mango, add red chili powder, salt and garlic paste and mix well
·         Next add the oil seasoning to mango mixture. Mix well
·         That’s it. Your tasty tangy and spicy Mango chutney is ready to enjoy
