Summer is back, a season for holidays, hangouts and family gatherings, and best of all, season for Mangoes. I know everyone loves mangoes, from kids to elders. Varieties of dishes with Mango flavor will be prepared, Mango juice, Mango ice creams etc.  Moreover, the tangy flavor of Raw Mango (Kacha Aam) lets you prepare awesome food items and is even loved by kids. So today, I’m going to show you how to prepare a very sweet and tangy Jelly of Mango Kacha Aam Jelly. You can eat this jelly raw or you can spread it on bread or cookies and enjoy!!

Ingredients Rerquired to make Kacha Aam Jelly?

·         Raw Mango        3
·         Sugar                     ½ cup. Powdered
·         Yellow Color       a pinch

Method to prepare Tangy Mango Jelly?

·         Wash and peel off the skin of Raw mangoes
·         Grate them or you can cut them into small pieces
·         Grind the grated mango into smooth paste
·         Now make  a sugar syrup by cooking powdered sugar with a little water
·         When the syrup starts boiling, add a pinch of color
·         Next add mango paste and mix it well with syrup
·         Cook this mixture of 5 mins or till the mixture becomes thick and sticky. Keep stirring
·         That’s it. Your tasty sweet and tangy Mango Jelly is ready to enjoy
