Ingredients Required to make Lassi?

·         Yoghurt                             4 cups
·         Milk                                  1 cup
·         Sugar                                1 cup
·         Water as required
·         Ice cubes

Method to prepare cool Lassi?

·         Mix yoghurt and milk and blend them well using blender
·         Add sugar, water and ½ cup ice cubes and blend them again
·         Tasty lassi is ready to serve, add ice cubes and serve immediately

·         Garnish with Mint leaves and rose Petals
