Ingredients Required to Prepare Mixed Vegetable Paratha

·        Potato                          2 cups, boiled and mashed
·        Matar                          2 cups, boiled and mashed
·        Radish                         ½ cup, grated
·        Green fenugreek         ½ cup, chopped
·        Spinach                        ½ cup, chopped
·        Wheat flour                 3 cups
·        Maida                          ½ cup
·        Salt to taste
·        Onion                          ½ cup, chopped
·        Green chilli                  ¼ cup, chopped
·        Ghee as required

Method to Prepare Mixed Vegetable Paratha

·        Mix wheat flour and maida
·        Now add potato, matar, radish, fenugreek, spinach, salt, onion and green chilli and mix well
·        Next add water and knead into a little hard dough. Keep it aside for 10 mins
·        Make small round balls of dough and roll it in to round chapattis
·        Heat non sticky pan and app ghee on to it
·        Cook parathas on the heated non sticky pan
·        Apply ghee on both sides of paratha and remove it in a plate
·        You mixed vegetable parathas are ready to serve
·        Serve these parathas with mint chutney and butter topping
