How to Make Spicy Crispy Chicken Lollipop | Chicken Lollipop Recipe

Chicken Lollipop is a very popular starter recipe prepared using chicken drumsticks. This is very luscious appetizer prepared by deep frying chicken drumsticks. These drumsticks resembles as lollipop as all the chicken is collected at one end. This starter is all time favourite of almost everyone from kids to older ones. This is very easy to prepare and can be cooked at home without any hassle.

Ingredients Required for Spicy Chicken Lollipop

·         Chicken wings             6
·         Egg                              1, slightly beaten
·         Corn flour                    1 cup
·         Garlic paste                 1 tsp
·         Ginger paste               1 tsp
·         Salt                              1 tsp
·         Oil for deep-frying
·         Tomato sauce             1 tbsp
·         Soy Sauce                    1 tbsp
·         Red color                     1 – 2 pinch

Method to prepare Spicy Crispy Chicken Lollipop

·         Wash and clean chicken wings thoroughly
·         Chicken wings should cut off one bone and collect all the flesh at one end
·         Take a bowl and add together the chicken, egg, corn flour, garlic and ginger paste, 1 tsp salt, red color, tomato sauce, Soy sauce and enough water so that the chicken pieces are 'coated' with the batter
·         Leave this marinade for about an hour
·         Take a frying pan, pour oil and heat it
·         Add chicken wings to hot oil and let them cook
·         Deep-fry the chicken wings over high heat to begin with and then lower the heat till wings are almost cooked through
·         Remove wing from oil and drain on absorbent paper
·         Just before serving, heat the oil again and fry the wings in hot oil till brown, drain on absorbent paper and serve
