Learn how to make Shahi Mutton Khorma – delicious mutton curry. This is one of the best Mughlai curry. This mutton khorma tastes fab and can be served with rice or Naan or plain chapattis. Korma is a mild, creamy curry thickened with cashew nuts and with origins in the Mughlai cuisine of the 16th century. Ingredients Required to make Shahi Mutton Khorma?

·         Mutton                1kg
·         Ginger-Garlic     1 tbsp paste
·         Red chilli            2 tsp
·         Onions                4
·         Garam masala    1 tsp
·         Curd                   ¼ kg, beaten
·         Pepper                ½ tbsp
·         Coriander           1 bunch, chopped
·         Coriander           2 tsp, powdered
·         Ghee / oil           1 cup
·         Salt to taste

Method to prepare Shahi Mutton Khorma?

·         Take onions, slice them finely
·         Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown
·         Now add ginger – garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper and coriander powder, mix them and cook for a minute
·         Now add mutton, curd, garam masala powder and mix them well. Add water that is enough for mutton to be cooked and tendered. Cook for ½ hour
·         Next, once the water is dried up, cook it while stirring continuously. Let it simmer for five minutes
·         You fab, tasty, delicious Shahi Mutton Khoma Curry is ready to serve
·         Serve it hot with brown rice, plain rice, naan, or plain chapatti
