curry. This is one of the best Mughlai curry. This mutton khorma tastes fab
and can be served with rice or Naan or plain chapattis. Korma is a mild, creamy
curry thickened with cashew nuts and with origins in the Mughlai cuisine of the
16th century. You can have various variation of this recipe, like you can try

Ingredients Required to make Shahi Mutton Khorma?

Mutton 1kg
·
Ginger-Garlic 1
tbsp paste
·
Red chilli 2
tsp
·
Onions 4
·
Garam masala 1
tsp
·
Curd ¼
kg, beaten
·
Pepper ½
tbsp
·
Coriander 1
bunch, chopped
·
Coriander 2
tsp, powdered
·
Ghee / oil 1
cup
·
Salt to taste
Method to prepare Shahi Mutton Khorma?
·
Take onions, slice them finely
·
Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown
·
Now add ginger – garlic paste, red chilli powder,
pepper and coriander powder, mix them and cook for a minute
·
Now add mutton, curd, garam masala powder and
mix them well. Add water that is enough for mutton to be cooked and tendered.
Cook for ½ hour
·
Next, once the water is dried up, cook it while
stirring continuously. Let it simmer for five minutes
·
