What are the ingredients I need to make Irani Aloo Mix Kebab?

  • Potato                                      ½ kg, boiled
  • Mutton                                                ½ kg
  • Onion                                      2
  • Egg                                          2, beaten
  • Gram Flour (Besan)                2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala powder            1 tsp
  • Red Chili                                 1 tbsp
  • Ginger                                     1 tbsp
  • Coriander                                1 tsp, paste
  • Mint Leaves                            1 tsp, paste
  • Oil                                           1 cup
  • Yogurt                                     ½ cup
  • Anaardana                               1 tsp, powder 

What is the method to prepare Irani Aloo Mix Kebab?


  • Fry chopped onions till golden brown. Keep it aside
  • Grind meat and boiled potatoes
  • Grind fried onion. Add it to potato and meat mixture. Mix well
  • Add chili, garam masala powder, gram flour, salt, yogurt, ginger paste, anardana powder, coriander & mint leaves paste to meat mixture. Mix well
  •  Make small kebabs of this mixture / dough
  • Heat oil in frying pan / kadai
  • Dip kebabs in beaten egg and fry them.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon pieces, sliced onions and serve these enticing and appetizing Irani Aloo Mix Kebabs!!!
