Ofcourse, if the peppermint cupcake is ideal for adults, then the chocolate chip cupcake is best suited for kids. So why not enjoy this New Year’s Eve with homemade Tasty Chocolaty Vanilla Flavored Cup Cakes. So here goes the recipe to prepare tasty Cup cakes in just few minutes!

Ingredients required to prepare tasty Cup Cakes

·         Maida (Plain flour)                           ¾ cup
·         Baking powder                                 ¾ tsp
·         Baking soda                                      ¼ tsp
·         Condensed milk                                ½ cup
·         Melted butter                                   3 tbsp
·         Vanilla essence                                ½ tsp
·         Chocolate chips                                2 tbsp
·         Butter (at room temperature)           6 tbsp
·         Icing sugar                                       2 tbsp
·         Melted chocolate                              3 tbsp
·         edible silver balls for garnishing

How to Prepare Tasty Cup Cakes easily?

·         Pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 10 minutes
·         To start preparing Cup cakes, we first need to prepare vanilla chocolate chip sponge
·         Sieve the Maida, baking powder and soda together in a bowl and keep aside.
·         Add condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and 2 tbsp of water in bowl and mix well
·         Now add the flour mixture and chocolate chips in another bowl. Mix gently with help of a spatula to make a           batter of dropping consistency
·         Pour this batter into 6 greased cup cake moulds
·         Bake at 150ºc (300ºf) for 15 to 20 minutes or till done. Vanilla chocolate chip sponge is baked when it leaves       the sides of the mould and is springy to touch
·         Keep aside to cool them down. Till that time prepare icing (frosting)
·         Take the bowl of condensed milk mixture, pour this batter in a deep bowl and beat it using a spatula
·         Add the icing sugar and melted chocolate and mix well. Keep aside
·         Fill the icing in a piping bag and pipe out swirls of your choice on each cupcake
·         Garnish each cupcake with a chocolate chips and edible silver balls and serve immediately
