Lamb Kaleji (Liver) ½
kg
·
Jaifal ½ piece, powdered
·
Vinegar ½
cup
·
Black pepper 1

·
Jawitri 2,
powdered
·
Clove 4,
powdered

Cinnamon 2

Elaichi 4,
powdered

Lemon ½
·
Ginger – Garlic paste 1

What is the method to prepare Spicy Lamb Kaleji / Liver curry?

Wash and clean the liver
·
Cut the Liver / Kaleji into small bite size cube pieces
·
Mix cinnamon, clove, elaichi, salt, red chilli, ginger-garlic
paste, black pepper, turmeric , jaifal &jawitri with vinegar
·
Now add lemon to this vinegar paste
·
Mix this mixture with Liver and marinate it for 4 hours
·
Now brush the oil on grill and keep these marinated liver piece on
it
·
Cook them on red hot coals
·
Your tasty spicy grilled kaleji is ready to serve
