Kaleji/Liver - is a very flavorful & spicy recipe. You can enjoy a delicious platter of Spicy grilled Liver any lunch or dinner time. Spiced with a freshly roasted and crushed garam masala/ spices will give a really authentic flavor.  This dish can be served with normal wheat chapatti, or rumali roti, etc. Let’s start with the required ingredients and method to cook Spicy lamb Liver / Kaleji recipe.

Ingredients required to make Spicy Lamb Kaleji/ Liver?

·         Lamb Kaleji (Liver)           ½ kg
·         Jaifal                                      ½  piece, powdered
·         Vinegar                                                ½ cup
·         Black pepper                      1 tsp
·         Jawitri                                   2, powdered
·         Clove                                     4, powdered
·         Cinnamon                           2 inch, powdered
·         Elaichi                                    4, powdered
·         Lemon                                  ½
·         Ginger – Garlic paste      1 tbsp
·         Turmeric                              ½ tsp
·         Red chili                               3 tsp
·         Oil to brush grill
·         Salt to taste

What is the method to prepare Spicy Lamb Kaleji / Liver curry?

·         Wash and clean the liver
·         Cut the Liver / Kaleji into small bite size cube pieces
·         Mix cinnamon, clove, elaichi, salt, red chilli, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, turmeric , jaifal &jawitri with vinegar
·         Now add lemon to this vinegar paste
·         Mix this mixture with Liver and marinate it for 4 hours
·         Now brush the oil on grill and keep these marinated liver piece on it
·         Cook them on red hot coals
·         Your tasty spicy grilled kaleji is ready to serve
