boneless
·
Red chili 1 tsp
·
Salt to taste
·
Black pepper 1tsp
·
Oil 3
cups
·
Egg 1
·
Milk ½
cup
·
Maida 1 cup
·
Bread crumbs

Wash and Clean chicken well
·
In a large bowl, combine milk and egg; mix well
·
Add chicken to milk n egg mixture while coating completely
·
Take another large bowl, add flour, salt, red chili, bread crumbs
and pepper. Mix well

Remove chicken from milk mixture then place in flour mixture,
coating completely
·
In a large deep frying pan,
add oil and heat it over medium heat
·
Add chicken to hot oil and cook 20 to 22 minutes, or until coating
is brown and chicken is no longer pink
