It is commonly known as Amrkhand. This lavishing dessert is prepared using mango pulp and yogurt. Moreover, it is very simple and can be prepared in no time. Follow the recipe given below and enjoy this veg chilled Shrikhand with your family and loved ones.

Ingredients Required to make Mango Shrikhand?

·         Yogurt / Curd                                     3 cup, thick
·         Mango Pulp                                        1 ½  cup
·         Cardamom                                          ½ tsp, powder
·         Saffron                                                 ¼ strands
·         Milk                                                       2 tbsp
·         Crushed Nuts                                    2 tbsp
·         Pistachios                                            2 tbsp
·         Almonds                                              2 tbsp
·         Sugar                                                     ¼ cup or as required 

Method to prepare Mango Shake?

·         First of all, strain the yogurt in a muslin cloth overnight
·         Add  ¼ tsp of Saffron strands to 2 tbsp of warm milk for 15 – 30 minute
·         Beat the thick curd for 1 – 2 minutes until it turns creamy.
·         Add mango pulp, Saffron milk, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
·         Refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours

·         Serve them in individual bowls or cups with crushed nuts on top
