Ingredients Required to make Mango Shrikhand?
·
Yogurt / Curd 3
cup, thick
·
Mango Pulp 1
½ cup
·
Cardamom ½
tsp, powder
·
Saffron ¼
strands
·
Milk 2 tbsp
·
Crushed Nuts 2
tbsp
·
Pistachios 2
tbsp
·
Almonds 2
tbsp
·
Sugar ¼
cup or as required
Method to prepare Mango Shake?
·
First of all, strain the yogurt in a muslin
cloth overnight
·
Add ¼ tsp of Saffron strands to 2 tbsp of
warm milk for 15 – 30 minute
·
Beat the thick curd for 1 – 2 minutes until it
turns creamy.
·
Add mango pulp, Saffron milk, sugar, cardamom
powder and mix well.
·
Refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours
·
Serve them in individual bowls or cups with
crushed nuts on top
