Ingredients Required to make Veg Malai Khorma?

·         Malai/cream      1½ cups beaten
·         Onions                  2, chopped
·         Ginger-Garlic     1 tsp, paste
·         Green chilies      4, slit and cut into 2
·         Tomatoes            6 medium sized, chopped
·         Turmeric              ¼ tsp
·         Coriander            1 bunch, chopped
·         Cashew nuts      1 tbsp, fried and chopped
·         Ghee                     2 tsp
·         Salt to taste

Method to prepare Veg Malai Khorma?

·         Heat ghee and add the chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and green chilies and fry till onion is soft.
·         Add chopped tomatoes and fry till the ghee separates
·         Now add the malai and salt to taste. Simmer gently
·         Serve hot sprinkled with chopped coriander and chopped cashew nuts. Accompany with roti
