Malai/cream 1½
cups beaten

chopped

Ginger-Garlic 1
tsp, paste

Green chilies 4,
slit and cut into 2

Tomatoes 6
medium sized, chopped

Turmeric ¼

Coriander 1
bunch, chopped

Cashew nuts 1
tbsp, fried and chopped

Ghee 2

Method to prepare Veg Malai Khorma?
·
Heat ghee and add the chopped onion, ginger-garlic
paste, turmeric and green chilies and fry till onion is soft.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry till the ghee
separates
·
Now add the malai and salt to taste. Simmer
gently
·
Serve hot sprinkled with chopped coriander and
chopped cashew nuts. Accompany with roti
