Turmeric Powder ¼

Red chili Powder ½

Coriander powder ½

Coriander seeds 1
tsp

Fennel Seeds ½

Pepper corn ¼

pearls, medium Sized

Salt To taste
Method to prepare Masala Fish Fry?
·
Grind coriander seeds, fennel seeds, pepper
corns, Cinnamon, Clove, chopped onion, garlic using a blender and for, semi
coarse paste without adding water
·
Clean fish, wash it well and set aside
·
Take a bowl, add turmeric, chili, coriander
powder, curd, salt and masala paste
·
Mix well and add this mixture to the fish pieces
·
Marinate for 30 minutes
·
Take a frying pan, preferably non sticky dosa
pan, add marinated fish pieces to the pan
·
Pour oil and fry pieces till golden brown
·
Serve with freshly sliced lemon crams and onion
rings
Tips
Masala Fish Fry tastes best when served
with hot steamed rice
You can deep fry fish pieces too.
