· Strawberry ½ kg

· Icing sugar 3 tbsp

· Fresh cream 1 cup

· Yogurt ½ cup

· Vanilla essence 2 tbsp

· Mayonnaise 1 tbsp

· Take out four strawberries and keep them aside

· Pour the rest of strawberries in a bowl, add 2 tbsp icing sugar to it and keep it aside

· Take another bowl, add cream and 1 tbsp icing sugar. Mix them till the cream gets thickened

· Now add beaten yogurt, mayonnaise and vanilla essence to cream and mix well

· Once the mixture gets thickened, pour the cream and strawberries layer by layer in glass bowl

· You can even pour arrange cream and strawberries in long glasses or cups

· At last complete topping with little cream and decorate with strawberry which we kept aside in step 1
