Malai Chicken is an uncommon but very delicious dish prepared from Chicken marinated with ginger-garlic and cooked in cream, chilies, onion, and fresh ground garam masala. Malai Chicken Tikka is a delicious and tender morsel of chicken, with a melt-in-your-mouth quality from being marinated in an aromatic spicy creamy base. Ingredients Required to prepare Spicy Malai Chicken Tikka Curry

·         Cream                                   1 cup
·         Green Chili                          3, chopped
·         Onion                                    1, chopped
·         Cardamom                          1 tsp powder
·         Ginger                                  1 tsp
·         Dry Ginger                          ½ tsp
·         Coriander leaves              2 tbsp
·         Pepper                                 1 tsp white powder
·         Garam masala                   2 tsp
·         Saffron                                 A pinch
·         Almonds                              2 tsp chopped
·         Salt, to taste
·         Chicken                             ½ kg
·         Ginger Paste                      1 tsp
·         Garlic paste                        1 tsp
·         White pepper powder   2 tsp
·         Garam masala                   1 tbsp

Method to Prepare Spicy Creamy Malai Chicken Tikka Curry

·         Wash and clean chicken thoroughly
·         Make small slits in the chicken
·         Now add ginger paste, garlic paste and white pepper and marinade it for thirty minutes
·         Heat a pan and add cream, onions, green chilies, and cook till the onions are soft
·         Now add the milk and the marinated chicken, mix well
·         Next add green cardamom powder, chopped ginger, dry ginger powder, coriander leaves, white pepper powder, garam masala, a pinch of saffron to the curry
·         Let it simmer
·         Sauté well and cook for some time (about 7-10 minutes), and add salt. Mix well
·         Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot with naan
