Method to Prepare Healthy Protein Brownie
•
Take a blender and blend all
the ingredients together
•
Blend them till you get a thick pan cake like batter out of it
•
If the batter is too runny, add a table spoon more coconut flour or
till it thickens
•
If the batter is too thick, then add an extra egg white or two
•
once the mixture is perfect, bake it in a small brownie pan at 160C
for about 45 minutes or an hour or until the inserted knife comes out clean
